So, what are you having for breakfast

Just curious, mine is not so special as i am focussed on weightloss.

A bowl of oatmeal, flaxseed and goji berries with skimmed milk, i hope y'all is better :D

    I eat small breakfasts usually. I had 1/2 cup of Greek honey flavored yogurt today.

    Vanilla almond milk latte. Keeps me going for a couple hours, and then I eat something small like an apple with peanut butter. I dunno, it takes my tummy a while to wake up. If I try to eat "breakfast" I usually get sick. x_x

    I have breakfast 2 times. First at 6 am before I go to work, greek yoghurt with cherries and nuts. And then again at 9 am I have a protein shake at work.

    For a delicious breakfast burrito

    Tomorrow and most days of the week
    Coffee
    1 cup cheerio's
    1 cup whole milk
    2 oz sliced strawberries
    1 oz blueberries
    .5 oz slivered almonds

    I'm trying to figure out what to do with avocados that doesn't involve guac. I put some frozen pre-cooked shrimp in the fridge to thaw overnight and then diced half an avocado and the shrimp in the morning with a few grains of salt to make it pop. It was FABULOUS and it was something like 36 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. Not bad for two ingredients!!

    Sometimes I fast in the morning and eat after I workout. Lately I haven't because I have been waking up STARVING! So today I had a bit of puffed kamut cereal, with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 2 full sheets of chocolate graham crackers :D
