            I am 5 ft 7 current goal is 140...maybe 145...we will see at the end of the summer...my maintenance range is 5 above and below my goal...

Right now it is 127-130. My goal range will likely increase after another bulk/cut cycle if I am up for it3 - 
            Every morning my weight is the same it never goes up or down unless I had a cheat day.1

            I am currently 214. My goal is 208. I hope to keep it between 205 and 210. I figure 210 is a natural point at which I'll take notice if I cross it and 211 is the point at which I am considered overweight, so if I can keep it closer to 205 than 210, that would be great.1

Not happy with the level of body fat I've got but still researching what to do next really. If I lose much more weight I'm going to look too thin but I want abs ect I've never got so close before. I've started lifting now and going to keep eating at a slight deficit but with plenty of protein and see what happens in the next couple of months.3
