5'3" I started at 163... had shoulder surgery April 3rd and gained 4 pounds during my recovery (167) ... restarted healthy eating April 15th and am down to 153 as of today.

Not happy with the level of body fat I've got but still researching what to do next really. If I lose much more weight I'm going to look too thin but I want abs ect I've never got so close before. I've started lifting now and going to keep eating at a slight deficit but with plenty of protein and see what happens in the next couple of months.3 -

I'm 260lb, and I am aiming for 290-300lb.

I am 40 years old and exactly 5 feet. At the moment I would like to maintain 99-104. I usually only fluctuate 2 lbs. but want to give myself a bigger range to make sure I enjoy events where tasty food is available in abundance.
My current goal is to increase my strength. I would also like to drop some body fat but I do not want to drop any weight (recomp). I started strength training mid January. I really only see a visual difference in my arms and abs. My hubby mentioned seeing a small change in my legs the other day. I don't see it but I am hoping he is right1 -
