I'm Brenda Sinclair. 44 years old and struggled with ups and down with weight my entire life. Loving the site! It's most helpful. Looking for positive and supportive friends. I have a great job, fabulous husband and two amazing kids.
Quick question... why aren't calories added for strength training? Not that I need any extra calories, just curious!?

Welcome, hope you are having fun! I believe the answer to your question is that there is too much variability to adding cals for strength training. I'd be willing to bet that you will get a bunch of "wear a HRM for best results" responses. Anyway, good luck on your journey, and remember, you are never far from support here!0
