ok week 2 try again last week i missed the mark due to being led astray - oh my weaknesses you say!

Mon: 843 calories burned (fast walking 10.13km @ 6km/hour pace)

Ok gonna give it another go this week, failed last weeks by about 400, though if i counted my drunken dancing on saturday night i could have met my goal, but i''ll never know )

Now that sounds like a great challenge, think I will burn about 800 today but Monday is one of the better days of the week :-)

352 Swimming, breaststroke, general 40 mins 1k
141 Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) 15mins to the class0 -
I'm in again, this time aiming for 5000 calories burned, I was well over this last week too, but I know I"m going out of town friday morning for the weekend, so basically only have 5 days to get 5000 calories. I'll get it done though! Hope everybody has a good week!0

Someday, I won't puss out and I will actually get that 3500 again. I don't know what's been wrong with me lately!! ARGH! But I keep coming back for more.
