    Successes/struggles this week: This is my third monthly challenge and my first gain so found it really hard to put a +number on. In fact I gave it an extra day just in case it dropped off in the night!
    I really didn't eat as well as I have before so it's not undeserved. I've never had 3 good months of a loss before so I'll take this. If I spin it around - 11 great weeks out of 12 is really rather good.

    Successes/struggles this week: Not a bad first week! I'm happy. We have sweets all over the house, some in plain sight, and hubby keeps offering them to me. I haven't touched them, nor have I been tempted. I'm hoping this motivation will carry me though...

    Struggles or Successes of your week
    Struggles: Getting together with friends who want to eat out. Meetings before and after work to interrupt my normal workout times. Just realizing that because I'm short and small framed, my calorie intake is really suppose to be very small. Ugh
    Successes: I have some muscles in my legs! Who knew. (.:

    I typically weight in on Saturday mornings. Will report back Saturdays.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well I was SO excited to get on the scale today. And I went up 0.6lbs. I feel like my body looks better than last week, I ate really good. Also, It has been one week eating dairy and gluten free (about 90% free, not aiming for perfect here). I took my measurement to save some frustration and I did lose 1 inch in my waist and thigh. So its something. I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing. I was hoping for more of a loss like 3 lbs, but maybe next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: 160 was my lowest this past week, but I seem to be fluctuating A LOT. This is super frustrating and this coming week I'll be up thanks to TOM. I'll be starting strength training soon and hopefully that will help bust me out of this plateau. However, my measurements are down, so I need to remember that that is all that really matters.

    Thanks to everyone for the reassurance on how my weight is jumping around throughout the week! I'm actually a bit late posting this, but thought I'd stay with the schedule. Today is Monday, May 25 and my weight is now 138.6lbs.

    I've been exercising most days – Crossfit 3x and running 4x per week. My appetite is definitely up, but I'm keeping a moderate deficit most days of 200 – 500 calories.

    What is your average calorie deficit?

    Successes/struggles this week - had a very stressful end to the week which meant I wasn't staying at my house and was just grabbing stuff as i could (not healthy choices). Feel positive about starting fresh today. Have a bag now packed with emergency clothes etc as likely to need to go at short notice again, am going to shop for some healthy snack choices to add into the bag too.

    Successes/struggles this week (Week Four): Thought I was doing well, stayed under my calorie budget, earned (and didn't 'eat into') on average, 190 calories through exercise each day and have only lost 0.6lbs this week. Pardon my abbreviation, but WTF?!
    Successes/struggles this week (Week Five): Despite feeling like I'm not going to hit my monthly goal, I'm still quite proud of the loss I have achieved so far. And I know this is just the beginning to a happier and healthier me.
