Start weight: 158
Current weight: 106
Goal weight: would happily go higher if it was all muscle! Feeling a bit "skinny fat" at the moment1 -
I'm 260lb, and I am aiming for 290-300lb.
Going the opposite way I guess to most of you!2 -
I am 40 years old and exactly 5 feet. At the moment I would like to maintain 99-104. I usually only fluctuate 2 lbs. but want to give myself a bigger range to make sure I enjoy events where tasty food is available in abundance.
My current goal is to increase my strength. I would also like to drop some body fat but I do not want to drop any weight (recomp). I started strength training mid January. I really only see a visual difference in my arms and abs. My hubby mentioned seeing a small change in my legs the other day. I don't see it but I am hoping he is right1 -

Age 54. 5'6" started at 177, now at 141. My maintenance range is supposed to be 143-147. 145 was my goal. Feeling ok being on the low side, as I will be leaving on vacation within a week and expect to gain a few.0

Ditto at 5 feet even. Currently bouncing around 112.0 and 112.6, moving in the right direction.

I just want to say under 169. I would be happy with that. I would love to be 165lbs. I'm tired of dieting and working out so much. I just want to reach my goal.0

I was at 145 and 18% body fat about a year ago, and while I probably won't be at 18% when I hit 145 this time, I'll probably start eating at maintenance around there and work on a recomp.0 -

Were you completely and utterly ripped? 5'5 and 145 is on the upper end of BMI. I put those stats in on mybodygallery.com and all of the women appear to be in the 25-30% BF range. 18% body fat is extremely lean for a woman; fitness model level.0 -

At that level, I can see the three vertical lines in my abs and probably the top two in the 6 pack. I can see muscle striations in my shoulders and calves and my ribs through what passes for my boobs. It is also possible that that 18% reported by the bodpod is +/- 1 or 2 %, though it is regularly calibrated and used for scientific study at the University where I work.0 -
5'0". My goal range is 105-110, until I plan to bulk next fall. I hope to gain some muscle, then cut back down to maintain at 110-115.0

5'3" 112-117 range. I looked at some pics to estimate my bf%, I'm thinking it might be somewhere between 16-18%. Does that sound about right?0

5-10, and over the last 3-4 years I've been between 166 & 174 with the vast majority of that time between 168 & 172. I need to be 170 or less at the end of July to make the lower weight class for a certification.0

5'9" my weight watcher goal is 169, but would love to be at least 5 pounds under.1

Ugh. I'm still crossing my fingers for that 26 inch waist. I got a 26.5 on a good day.0
