Successes/struggles this week (Week Three): FINALLY UNDER 200! Whoop! Whoop!
Successes/struggles this week (Week Four): Thought I was doing well, stayed under my calorie budget, earned (and didn't 'eat into') on average, 190 calories through exercise each day and have only lost 0.6lbs this week. Pardon my abbreviation, but WTF?!
Successes/struggles this week (Week Five): Despite feeling like I'm not going to hit my monthly goal, I'm still quite proud of the loss I have achieved so far. And I know this is just the beginning to a happier and healthier me.0 -

Had a depression-filed, sodium-laden micro-binge. The calorie overage was fairly insignificant, so it's probably almost entirely water retention and should be gone in a few days.
