    I know that I have lost more, since, but with no scale, I can't really make that official, now, can I?!? For the next couple of months, I'll be relying on measurements and the fit of clothes to tell how I'm doing...

    I can't say I'm not a bit disappointed, but I know why it happened. I had takeaway on each of the semi final nights for Eurovision, then a big party with lots of food and alcohol for actual Eurovision night. Eurovision is more exciting than Christmas for me, so it was worth it. I went back up to 155 in the couple days after so I'm actually happy to be back down to 153. I'm confident that I'll get back to 152 in the next few days. Bring on the June 2015 challenge, because I'm super motivated now!

    Successes/struggles this week: Was able to wear a pair of pants I couldn't fit a couple of weeks ago and had room to spare! Also, noticed my stamina has increased. Got through more than 30 minutes of cardio without stopping or feeling like I was going to pass out. I am however struggling today with my motivation. I found myself contemplating giving up on this journey. I decided to take a body shot so that I would have some point of comparison for the future. Seeing that picture really depressed me. I knew I was out of shape but I didn't realize it was this bad. It just makes my goals seem that much more unattainable.

    Successes/struggles this week: I don't feel like I've had much success this week but I did notice a non-scale victory. My bath towel now fits around my body without any gaps. I struggled this week with motivation to get into the gym. I had great success last week when I was working out twice a day but I just couldn't find it in myself to do more than once a day this week. I feel like my rest day threw me off.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've surpassed my goal for this challenge. Tom came this week so I struggled with my craving for chocolate and the desire to constantly eat. But I managed to control myself. Still haven't been able to get my 2 workouts per day in but I managed to lose a good amount anyway. Maybe I'll save the 2 times per day for when I hit a plateau.

    Successes/struggles this week: I definitely weigh myself too much. I got extremely frustrated after eating right and working my butt off in the gym and the pool last weekend and I wound up gaining 3 lbs. It really bummed me out so on my son's birthday I ate cake, ice cream, and cookies and didn't work out. I didn't even log in what I ate that day. The next day the scale finally moved and the 3 lbs came back off so I got back on track. I find that I'm always frustrated because it doesn't seem like the scale is moving until I log in here and realize how much I've really lost for the week. So my big struggle is staying off the scale. Besides the 4 lbs lost this week I can't think of any other successes.

    Struggles or successes of your week:
    Struggles: keeping cal below goals. ive been figuring out a good healthy calorie goal while losing weight while breastfeeding. so ill just consider month a test month. for some reason 1700-2000 is a tadbit high. April month was good,milk supply didn't change but was feeling crappy because goal was a little too low. hopefully ill be able to figure out an optimum cal goal this coming month.
    Successes: still lost some so i can't complain much.

    Successes/struggles: I struggled a lot this month because I had a ton of birthdays and parties that included eating out/alcohol and I overindulged quite a bit. My weight fluctuated like crazy over the past couple of weeks - from 162 one day to 167 the next - it was just very stressful and discouraging. I was feeling pretty defeated until I took a look at my weekly weigh ins and now I'm feeling so much better! I can't believe I actually lost 6.2 lbs during such a rough month!
