    5'6.5" 138 - 142 range.....though I feel fatter way more often now than I ever did when I was actually fat and am torn between wanting to go lower and just staying where I am so I don't disrupt good ol' TOM (which happens every time I go below 138) and end up with early onset osteoporosis. Never a good scene when you go out for your morning run and snap a leg because your maintenance weight aspirations gave you brittle bones ;)

    Start 197 pounds

    Healthy range for 5 years now is 118-125 pounds. Even slightly over that for me is healthy as my lean body mass per dxa is 105 pounds.

    I'm so much happier that I ditched the scale though. How my pants fit is a good enough guage for happy and healthy.

    5'4, and I may be the only one here without a particular weight "goal"... obviously, I'm not where I want to be yet, but I keep hoping that when I get there, I'll know by the way my body looks, not necessarily the number on the scale. :wink:

    5'6" - was 175, down 19 lbs to 156 since February. Goal is to be at 140 by end of summer, but sooner would be wonderful! I would be happier with less, but I don't want to be TOO skinny. :)

    I'm 5'8. Start weight 240. Current weight 220. My goal is 180. I was loosing much more weight in the beginning. Now it's harder and harder(((

    My goal weight is a bit flexible; when I am 80 kg I will see whether (a little bit) of further loss is still desirable or not. I do want to finish this well, but I also don't want to push it too far. I want to maximize health and fitness (not thinness) so those factors will ultimately determine my end goal.

    I'm 5'5.5". I maintain between 123-128. Sometimes goes a little above due to TOM/sodium/etc. water weight - but when it does I am a bit more cautious on calories in.

    Still have some excess fat around the belly/thighs but also need to build muscle/tone.
