Successes/struggles this week: Loads of socialising this week - one lunch left me in physical pain! The host went to so much trouble and it was all delicious, so that and a trip to the seaside gave me a gain. Enjoyed it though!
But have managed to end the challenge losing it and a new 1lb. Walked 7 miles at the beach and started exercising again, so that's definitely something I must keep going for June.0 -

Struggles: calorie counting.... noticed i always eat around 200 calories above my goal these past weeks. put goal on 1590, end up eating 1700-1900. and i don't lose weight or plateau. with lowered goal 1290, i end up eating 1500-1600... i lose weight. so ill keep it to 1290. hehe which is reality is 1500-1600

I've been consistent with Zumba and 10,000 steps as my everyday exercises and more of healthier options, smaller portions of food.

Successes/struggles this week: Was able to wear a pair of pants I couldn't fit a couple of weeks ago and had room to spare! Also, noticed my stamina has increased. Got through more than 30 minutes of cardio without stopping or feeling like I was going to pass out. I am however struggling today with my motivation. I found myself contemplating giving up on this journey. I decided to take a body shot so that I would have some point of comparison for the future. Seeing that picture really depressed me. I knew I was out of shape but I didn't realize it was this bad. It just makes my goals seem that much more unattainable.

Successes/struggles this week: I don't feel like I've had much success this week but I did notice a non-scale victory. My bath towel now fits around my body without any gaps. I struggled this week with motivation to get into the gym. I had great success last week when I was working out twice a day but I just couldn't find it in myself to do more than once a day this week. I feel like my rest day threw me off.

Successes/struggles this week: I've surpassed my goal for this challenge. Tom came this week so I struggled with my craving for chocolate and the desire to constantly eat. But I managed to control myself. Still haven't been able to get my 2 workouts per day in but I managed to lose a good amount anyway. Maybe I'll save the 2 times per day for when I hit a plateau.

Successes/struggles this week: I definitely weigh myself too much. I got extremely frustrated after eating right and working my butt off in the gym and the pool last weekend and I wound up gaining 3 lbs. It really bummed me out so on my son's birthday I ate cake, ice cream, and cookies and didn't work out. I didn't even log in what I ate that day. The next day the scale finally moved and the 3 lbs came back off so I got back on track. I find that I'm always frustrated because it doesn't seem like the scale is moving until I log in here and realize how much I've really lost for the week. So my big struggle is staying off the scale. Besides the 4 lbs lost this week I can't think of any other successes.

I lost 9 lbs more than my goal so I couldn't be happier. I'd call that a successful challenge.

Struggles- I am struggling right now. Ive kept logging and stayed near my calorie goals, but after losing 45lbs since January, i am just now losing momentum and finding myself going over more and more. I hope to fix this in June.
