    Successes/struggles this week: exercising (seeing as it has rained almost every day) that includes getting my 10,000 steps in.

    Successes/struggles this week:
    Lost 10 lbs last Month, will try to lose 8-10 lbs again this May.
    I've been consistent with Zumba and 10,000 steps as my everyday exercises and more of healthier options, smaller portions of food.

    Didn't reach my goal weight....on to June.

    Weight lost/gained this week: -5 lbs
    Successes/struggles this week: Was able to wear a pair of pants I couldn't fit a couple of weeks ago and had room to spare! Also, noticed my stamina has increased. Got through more than 30 minutes of cardio without stopping or feeling like I was going to pass out. I am however struggling today with my motivation. I found myself contemplating giving up on this journey. I decided to take a body shot so that I would have some point of comparison for the future. Seeing that picture really depressed me. I knew I was out of shape but I didn't realize it was this bad. It just makes my goals seem that much more unattainable.

    Weight lost/gained this week: -2 lbs
    Successes/struggles this week: I don't feel like I've had much success this week but I did notice a non-scale victory. My bath towel now fits around my body without any gaps. I struggled this week with motivation to get into the gym. I had great success last week when I was working out twice a day but I just couldn't find it in myself to do more than once a day this week. I feel like my rest day threw me off.

    Weight lost/gained this week: -4 lbs
    Successes/struggles this week: I've surpassed my goal for this challenge. Tom came this week so I struggled with my craving for chocolate and the desire to constantly eat. But I managed to control myself. Still haven't been able to get my 2 workouts per day in but I managed to lose a good amount anyway. Maybe I'll save the 2 times per day for when I hit a plateau.

    Weight lost/gained this week: -4 lbs
    Successes/struggles this week: I definitely weigh myself too much. I got extremely frustrated after eating right and working my butt off in the gym and the pool last weekend and I wound up gaining 3 lbs. It really bummed me out so on my son's birthday I ate cake, ice cream, and cookies and didn't work out. I didn't even log in what I ate that day. The next day the scale finally moved and the 3 lbs came back off so I got back on track. I find that I'm always frustrated because it doesn't seem like the scale is moving until I log in here and realize how much I've really lost for the week. So my big struggle is staying off the scale. Besides the 4 lbs lost this week I can't think of any other successes.

    I lost 9 lbs more than my goal so I couldn't be happier. I'd call that a successful challenge.

    Successes: I made my goal.
    Struggles: I did not work out this week and ate badly so I'm surprised that I actually made it to 145 lbs. But I'm very happy! Maybe this will gave me the push I need to continue!

    Successes- continued to log everyday, even though motivation has been slipping alot.

    Struggles- I am struggling right now. Ive kept logging and stayed near my calorie goals, but after losing 45lbs since January, i am just now losing momentum and finding myself going over more and more. I hope to fix this in June.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am a little disappointed I didn't lose 2 pounds last week, however I am very glad I was able to achieve my goal and lose five pounds last month. Going into June I am setting the same goal and am going to be trying harder to resist the sugar cravings!
