Successes/struggles this week: For this upcoming week, I have my sisters BBQ for her birthday on Saturday where there will be alcohol and a sofa for me to crash on; and on the Sunday its one of my closest friends birthday where we will be going to an all-you-can-eat buffett.. To counter these two events I plan to make each event my only meal for the day as I won't be able to count the calories, and also burn an additional 50 calories per cardio session and add in an additional session somewhere in the week. Wish me luck, seeing as weigh in days are Monday we may see an increase next week!0 -
