    Struggles or successes of your week:
    Struggles: I soooo fell off the wagon. I was away 2 weeks because of a house remodel in another city and had huge amounts of food, I was on my feet doing a lot of physical work though. I took my scale when I left but was too chicken to even weigh myself until I got home on Sunday.
    Successes: same as above. In spite of completely disregarding my 1200 calories a day, I gained only .5 lbs, so it encourages me to get back on my nutrition/exercise routine easier.

    I do so well during the day at work, then I get home and really struggle. I just need to figure out how to stay on track. I'm getting there though. Last night I wanted something sweet so I had a protein shake made with water, just to have something sweet without a ton of calories.

    Oh I'm so excited to find this thread!! I've been heavy for years and like everyone else have tried everything and had some success but it always came right back. I've realized that it has to be a lifestyle change and choice- so with MFP Diary and adding exercise I'm going to do just that!!

    I need friends to add me and encourage me and I will do the same in return-

    cool hope this helps keep me motivated! my problem is always the weekend - I keep the sabbath so I can't use a computer or laptop (or write in a diary) on Friday night- Saturdays to log what I eat and then i am just not careful enough! any tips?
