    I do so well during the day at work, then I get home and really struggle. I just need to figure out how to stay on track. I'm getting there though. Last night I wanted something sweet so I had a protein shake made with water, just to have something sweet without a ton of calories.

    One thing that really works for me is air-popped popcorn. Very low calories and fills you up. It is not sweet but good for taking away hunger. :wink:

    Successes/struggles this week: Getting over this plateau. I am sticking to my 121 weight because it is most consistent, but some days is is back up to 123-124. I think I will go back to just weekly weigh-ins to not stress the daily fluctuations.

    Successes/struggles this week: On Monday a family member was in a serious car accident, and my daughter is ill, so weight loss has totally gone out the window for a bit. I haven't worked out at all.

    Is anyone completing a challenge this month to help them reach their weight loss goal? I've dropped a significant amount of water weight (Jun1: 195 and Jun3: 192.2), because of two other challenges I've entered this month.

    1. June 1 - 30: Keep it Green! (stay within calorie goal)
    2. June 1 - July 31: No Junk Food!

    So far, my energy is way up! I'm balancing food and exercise to "Keep It Green" on MFP, and I've successfully made it two days without any sort of sugar, pastry, fried foods, or processed foods!

    I'm doing 30day ABS Challenge:
    - 100 situps
    - 100 crunches
    and increasing by 25 each set each week,
    so by week 5: Day 29 and 30, it's 200situps and 200 crunches a day.

    Who wants to join me?
    I'm on Day 3.

    As I lose more weight, my ab muscles are slowly revealing themselves.

    I suck at the challenges because give up always before the end. I have lost 3 lb since starting this Monday, I'm down to 151. I figure I should be able to get to my goal by next week.

    My challenge is to workout out every day, alternating cardio and abs and cardio and arms/legs. I also am challenging myself to only have booze on Friday and Saturday. We'll see how that goes since my birthday falls on a Tuesday.

    I'd say go for it on your bday! Have a couple drinks. Remember that this lifestyle has to fit around your life. Give yourself that one day and remove one of your weekend drinking nights later that week. I know it is insane how our minds work against us! I usually give up on challenges as well, but I'm feeling good about this month. I think it is because I have a deadline of Feb 2016 to lose 40 lbs, so I can't procrastinate anymore... been flip flopping around losing weight since Feb 2015. I lost 22 lbs, gained 10 back, then stagnated until now.

    I am working out in the same way as you! My office has a leach and I go there during lunch. 13 minute walk there, 25 min intense cardio or weights, 13 min walk back. Luckily, despite the awful heat, I'm not a sweater LOL :tongue: On the weekends and during the week if I miss a lunch workout, I go for 90 mins or so and get a big workout in.

    I've lost 45 lbs since November (an average of 1.5lbs a week but for the last few months have only been losing maybe 1 lb per week if that), I've decided to change up my calorie intake (I've changed my goal weigh lost per week from 2 lbs to 1.5 this gave me 190 calories a day and then I will change back to 2 lbs in 2weeks) to see if that will help bump it up to 2 lbs per week.
