            Currently 5'7" and 143-145 lb. My goal weight was 135 until I picked up a barbell and now my goals are about weight I'm lifting, not my body weight. Once I stall out on these intoxicating newbie gains, I will probably get my bf% tested and work on getting leaner.0

 I've been at 141 for a solid year now and recomping with great results. I've never seen 140 ever. I'm cutting now thru labor day in attempt to see if I can COMFORTABLY get to 135.
 after Laborday. I'm going to slowly get into a surplus and bulk for 9 months. Then cut.
 After the cut...I still want to be +/- 135
