I measure my milk then measure my cereal according to the calories I need. Add it up and drink it anyway. Why waste ? But If I am actually fuller than expected I would vertainly leave it in the fridge for the next meal. No wasting.

I actually had cereal today, nothing like coco pebbles, I used half the cup of milk that I used yesterday and it worked out amazing. I had just a tab bit of chocolate flavored milk in the bottom, so I drank that too.. just talking about it makes me want another bowl of cereal!!

There are actually people who would throw milk away because they ran out of cereal?

If I were to follow my grandmother's example, leftover milk is just a reason to add more cereal to the bowl. But no, I finish it off. And I drink the good ol' whole milk.

    I throw the milk away
I hate bits and floaties in my milk.

Yep I chuck it. I don't put much on to begin with but I don't like milk on its own. Even if it is cereal-flavoured! Am I weird??

1 serving of cereal + 1/3 cup of milk...doesn't leave much left over. I hate milk anyway, so that's all I pour in. If some is left, it's poured out.

Strawberry mini wheats are amazing when dry!

No shame, sometimes I don't want milk getting in the way either haha!

Super Sugar Crisp... or the now more politically correctly named Golden Crisp... is pretty awesome without milk.

Cookie Crisp is the best cereal to eat dry. So much good. Pity I can't find it.

It's puffed wheat, sweetened with sugar. Imagine it as British food, only that tastes good. If, I mean, you can imagine something like that.

ETA: I'll give you fish and chips, though.

We always joked in an old Livejournal community that green font would equal sarcasm. Though I guess it wouldn't work too well on someone who's colorblind.

I use skim, measure and I drink it all. I count up anything I eat. (pretty compulsive about it).... unless it is true day off with drinking involved..then it all goes to hell.

I dont use milk - I use premade RTD vanilla protein shake, to help hit my protein goal. I use it everywhere instead of milk. And since I already logged the protein, you bet I drink whatever is left. Plus, its vanilla... mmm..

Lots have the cereals have the vitamins sprayed on. They then get wash off into the milk. If you do not drink the milk you loose out on much of the vitamins. At least that is what i heard. I hope i am not repeating bro science.

I drink the milk! But I do use unsweetened almond milk which is only 40 calories . I prefer it over 2% milk now.
