June is suppose to be my kick-bum month. We are going on Vacation at the end of the 19-29 June and part of that includes climbing the Teide, so lot of prep sport to maintain and improve my conditions and hopefully combined with some weight lose. I'd really would like to be lose a bit more than 5 lbs.

I've been on a plateau and need some help folks! I want so bad to be out of the 200's and I have been teetering here for the last 2 months or so...never going below 203. THIS IS THE MONTH!! I'm going to do this!!
I weigh at my work on Friday mornings...so that will be the weight I enter in on these Saturday dates.

Yep totally gained a lb. What the heck. I will hit it harder. I set a goal 15 lbs in 5 months. So I need to only get to 136 this month. Way more realistic for my lifestyle anyway. 5 lbs would rock though. Definitely worth the shot
