So today is my 2 months mile stone here are my results so far

Still have a fair bit to go but I'm not going to stop determined to the core!!

    I'm stubbornly holding on to fat around my bum, hips and thighs! From what I've read that's the last to shift

    And yes that area is the last spot to lose fat. Just keep at it.

    Thank you! I do 30 mins of cardio 6x a week.... I do all my working out at home so I use work out videos on YouTube my favourites which I have had these results with are body project work outs I alternate between low,high and HIIT workouts I love them easy to follow and challenging but not impossible

    Thanks so much I still have a bit to go but I'm feeling really positive I'm starting to lose the belly pooch from pregnancy I thought that thing was to stay hahahaha

    That is incredible! Your "before" is very similar to me now; weight in the middle. I saw your post on exercise. But, how many calories did you take in?

    I take in between 1500-1700 calories a day and my exercise calories are usually around 600 (my diary is open I believe)
