Thank you! I do 30 mins of cardio 6x a week.... I do all my working out at home so I use work out videos on YouTube my favourites which I have had these results with are body project work outs I alternate between low,high and HIIT workouts I love them easy to follow and challenging but not impossible0 -

I take in between 1500-1700 calories a day and my exercise calories are usually around 600 (my diary is open I believe)
