    Yeah true, just a random post so only guessed calories/protein .... I was more interested in getting the recipe out there before I forgot!! Give it a whirl & let me know what you think!

    Done fish omlettes various tin fish, all good , Drop the cheese if losing weight is important, delicious....

    I'm the same, Tuna isn't nice cooked usually.... But omelette version is where the magic happens!
