    Successes/struggles this week: It's been a bit of a struggle to come home from work at 6 every night, think of a meal for dinner and then get a good hour + workout in. Especially when lazing on the sofa after a long day sounds so appealing. However, I have found some motivation in the fact that I have a trip coming up in a little over 4 months and I want to look my best so I have been focus on that to help me through those nights of wanting to be lazy.

    Successes/struggles this week: Took a rest day from the gym and even though I stayed under my calorie goal I gained 5 lbs. But it only took 2 days to get the 5 lbs back off and now I seem to have broken through my plateau.

    Successes/struggles this week: got up to 17000 steps on two days this week! Whoop. I have been so ravenous lately and want to eat everything in sight. However, iv managed to stay under my calorie goal even if it means going for a brisk walk at night after dinner.

    Successes/struggles this week: really stuck to my calorie goal every day, except yesterday, and it's really paid off! I've not lost much in the last few months so i'm really pleased :)
    I didn't excercise as much as I wanted to so I will try and do more of that this week. I'm going to a hen party on Saturday so I hope it doesn't set my week back too much!

    Successes/struggles this week: yeah! lost some! I don't log my food on my days off, just can't be bothered. That usually can be a problem but as it was very hot here I had lots of water, fruit, veggies and also some ice cream but not much of a proper meal. Also gym and swimming. There was a bit of late evening snacking but luckily not too bad.
    I had an appointment with my trainer at the gym and he gave me new stuff to work on. He was nice and motivating and that might help to counterbalance the upcoming laziness due to heat. (we don't have air condition in the flat). Tonight I got my weekly swim class and I am looking forward to that!

    Successes/struggles this week: Several dining out occassions were a challenge but managed to keep myself under control. A year ago I weighed 210.5, so close to my goal weight of 133. Hoping this helps me get another step closer.
