Weight lost/gained this week: 0lb- stationary
Successes/struggles this week: I've been doing the 30 day plank challenge, which is starting to show results. I can now hold a plank for over 30 seconds, whereas before I struggled for 10 seconds. I have been eating more fruit (I love strawberries and blueberries!) and now realising (again) that I don't have to eat all of what put in front of me.0 -
Hi :-)
I have also started dieting a bit now.
40yo, 170cm, hit 73kg the other day and honestly no, that's too much.
Oh how hard it is to say no to food!!0 -

It's so difficult to say no to food! I'm going to be honest, I'd love to be your weight, but I'm slightly taller (but only by 8cm).
I thought fruit was a good alternative to sweets larger meals, but strawberries have 4 calories each0
