    Surpassed my goals of 200 total miles and running a minimum of a 10k a day in May! 211 total miles is far and away an all-time high for me. Gonna back off the mileage in June and concentrate more on speed and muscle-building, plus I'm going on vacation next week to Cancun! Great job to everyone and thank you all for the motivation!

    Um, yeah, sooo...doo-doo-doo-dee-doo...dum-dee-dee-dah-dum...I was only 36 miles short of my May goal! Let's see if I can get my act together for June :wink:

    A little short of my goal this month, but I ran my longest distance and had my 2nd 10k PR this year, so still a good month!

    5/9 - 15.5 miles - River Bank run 25k - longest run ever and had a blast!

    I'm just here for the ticker ... ;) ... ok, I guess not ... but certainly going to bump this and ponder some goals. As a form avid runner who fell off the wagon, my wife and I are scheduled for our first 5k in a while in a couple weeks ... and I have plans to schedule one race a month rain, shine, or snow and ice ... in Michigan we seem to have a good big of races, and even some to choose from in the winter months ... so ... I'll be back ... but want to introduce myself and mark this for later ... Ciao ... ~Matt
