Logging a hiit workout

I've been doing fitness blender hiit workouts on YouTube.How would I log this?

    I usually log those as calisthenics but only use half the calories suggested my mfp.

    High intensity interval training is not steady state cardio. I don't log it at all.

    If you mean do exercise x 30 seconds, break for 10 seconds type workouts: I usually only log the actual workout times, thus if I do 36 half minute intervals with 36 10 second breaks I only use the 36xhalf minutes. I might be able to get away with circuit training (the above is not HIIT, but circuit training) but I think the calories for that are a bit too high. Thus I log them as something else that gives a few calories less.

    It's just a personal preference. I usually underestimate workouts and over estimate calories. There is a "calisthenics home light moderate" that looks about right.

    When I used fitness blender their calorie counts were always higher than my HRM.
