Ohh.. The joys of Jumping rope it is an awesome full body workout and it's so much fun and it brings so many childhood memories!
But....
I am not good at jumping rope now as an adult and I get discouraged quickly when I can't jump like I used to when I was a child..or jump as fast as other ppl.. And I don't feel like is not doing anything since i stop so often... Ugh!
What could I do to keep me from quitting so quickly?

Look up Buddy Lee. He has tutorials for that. Also, if you incorporate it as part of circuit training then you'll get a really good workout. I've used this before- it's intense.
