    Lol come on stop picking on fast fuel :) thank you for answering my question btw. but why wouldn't it matter if I took the shake that's 1250 and ate the remaining calories?

    Also, would it be okay if I worked out with my body weight for now ? I'm not strong enough for actual weights :(

    Lifting heavy = whatever is heavy for you. Make a start right now... what do you have to lose ? Loads of us were really weak at the start ..men and women
