depending on you goals. i alternate 3 meals. raw rolled oats, greek yoghurt, raisins and Whey protein (if you have), secondly is a 6 egg (1 whole, 5 whites) omlette with mushrooms and peppers with Rye bread. and thirdly is a ingredient packed smoothie (altho i dont have this often as it doesnt full me up) Yoghurt, skim milk, whey, berries and banana. but im on a mass gaining program at the moment, so depending on your goals, add or substitute
hope this helps0 -

Greek yogurt (higher in protein than regular yogurt) on top of fresh or frozen blueberries never really gets old for me. If I need some more calories in there I'll have some almonds with it, or chop a banana into the bowl, or do both.0

Bread with jam or honey, muffins, biscuits, cereal with milk, yoghurt, fruit.0

I don't believe in 'breakfast food' as a concept, and eat whatever I feel like. I was recently on a long stint of flavoured tuna cans mixed with cottage cheese on crackers.0

skinny taste has some great breakfast recipes0

- Greek yogurt w/ various fruits (usually mixed berries or a banana)
- Sandwiches (grilled cheese w/ meat + spinach; PB&J; tuna w/ mayo + veggies)
- Wheat bagels w/ condiment/filling of choice.
- Chewy cereal bars (Kashi, NutriGrain, etc).
I usually eat eggs in some form, though. You could try making breakfast burritos and quiche bagels to mix it up. It also helps to cook your eggs differently (boiled, sunny-side up, poached, scrambled, omelette, etc) and adding different ingredients for variance. A while back I had scrambled eggs with american cheese, roast beef, red bell peppers, and mushrooms, and it was delish!0 -
Greek yogurt, berries, nuts and Fiber One ....all mixed together. Protein, fat & fiber.0

I love not cereal cereal. It's nuts (I like pecans), and fruit (I use blueberries and bananas) and milk (I use cashew milk). Eats just like cereal. I also love thin bagels and lox!!0

Leftovers from dinner sometimes. I was on a kick last summer where I was eating a breakfast salad--traditionally I get tired of breakfast food from time to time (or prefer to have it for dinner).0
-
Salmon, I love poaching salmon in the morning. Or eating a quick Chipotle burger, covered with lettuce, tomatoes, onion.0

Cold pizza is a favorite breakfast. Thin crust, lots of veggies and falls between 200-250 calories0
