So.. i think that we should start a group for people trying to loose 30-70 pounds and plus +++ ... We should get together on here and record our days and success stories!! Any one with me?

I'm in! I want to look great in my wedding dress, which I am wearing in October.. Want to lose about 40-50lbs. Going to take some work, but with the support system of mfp, I can do it.0

GOOD!!! i really can use some motivation, and too can motivate.... As one of the posters on here i am getting married next may as well and would really love to loose that wooping 70lbs!!! It looks like a lot, but with your help and support as a team .. i think we can do this!!!
What do you all do as excercise daily?0 -
Besides morning stretching, I go to the gym daily when I'm not away on work ( 3-4 days a week sadly)...my trainer at the gym showed me home exercises i can do when i cant get to the gym to strengthen my muscles and give me more flexibility...cardio is simple ..elliptical!0

lll join....as of today I am 266. I have 130 pounds to lose.....I weighed myself today and lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks!!! So motivated. Just finished a stint on the Wii fit...0
