    Day one complete! Also went for a run and did some leg lifts and sit ups...bit sore today, heh. Here we go day 2!

    I am in the process of challenging myself in many ways. One is to exercise. So I have found a great challenge called "Challenge big *kitten*!" It challenges you to different levels of jumping jacks, squats, and deep lounges. Is anyone interested in joining the challenge with me?

    Level ONE:
    Day 1: 10 jumping jacks, 10 deep lunges, 15 squats
    Day 2: 15 JJ 15 deep lunges, 20 squats
    Day 3 :20 JJ, 20 deep lunges, 25 squats
    Day 4: 25 JJ, 25 deep lunges, 30 squats
    Day 5: 30 JJ, 30 deep lunges, 35 squats
    Day 6: 35 JJ, 35 deep lunges, 40 squats
    Day 7: REST
    Level TWO:
    Day 1:30 jumping jacks, 30 deep lunges, 35 squats
    Day 2: 35 JJ 35 deep lunges, 40 squats
    Day 3 :40 JJ, 40 deep lunges, 45 squats
    Day 4: 45 JJ, 45 deep lunges, 50 squats
    Day 5: 50 JJ, 50 deep lunges, 55 squats
    Day 6: 55 JJ, 55 deep lunges, 60 squats
    Day 7: REST

    Level THREE:
    Day 1: 50 jumping jacks, 50 deep lunges, 55 squats
    Day 2: 55 JJ 55 deep lunges, 60 squats
    Day 3 :60 JJ, 60 deep lunges, 65 squats
    Day 4: 65 JJ, 65 deep lunges, 70 squats
    Day 5: 70 JJ, 70 deep lunges, 75 squats
    Day 6: 75 JJ, 75 deep lunges, 80 squats
    Day 7: REST

    Level FOUR:
    Day 1: 70 jumping jacks, 70 deep lunges, 75 squats
    Day 2: 75 JJ 75 deep lunges, 80 squats

    Day 4: 85 JJ, 85 deep lunges, 90 squats

    I definitely feel your pain! Especially since I'm incorporating this into my other workout program, I can feel it working. Haha no pain, no gain right? Keep at it girl

    Ya, one "set" is one per leg/arm/whatever.
    So do that number on each leg for the lunges.

    hmmm...I did 1 per leg. you will kill yourself if you do the count per leg. (Example: I did 10 lunges total on day 1, 5 each leg. )

    NO PAIN NO GAIN! for sure!!! tonight Ill be doing day 3. phew!!

    I usually do weighted lunges and maybe I've been doing them wrong, but I do 1 per leg. So its:

    right1, left1, right2, left2, right3, left3, etc....

    welp, then I would be a huge bowl of jell-o lol. I say, do what works best for you, either way is better then no way!

    I get that and agree. Just was curious what common practice is. Because either I am doing twice as much as what I should be or you are doing half as much lol.
