    I would be interested, have to get down to 10st 4 (144lb) (doctors recommendation) and am currently 13st 10.5 (192.5lb) so have 48.5 lbs to go and i've never stuck to a diet before ! eek !

    I started at 291.8, and have lost 24lbs so far! :) It's a small feat in the big picture but I'm working on it! :) I still have over 100+ lbs I'd like to lose. But I'm making this a lifestyle change. I want to be healthy! :)

    I just bought a bike, and I LOVE it! So I'm so looking forward to riding "her" all this summer! :)

    We also have a treadmill at home, an eliptical machine, and weights.

    I'm looking into getting a workout video... Anyone have any suggestions? I was looking at the Biggest Loser's one... Any feedback?

    This is going to be an awesome form of encouragement! Great job so far everyone! :)

    I'm so in. I have far too much weight to lose.
    Last summer I managed to lose 30 lbs by running daily. I want to kick it up a notch and lose even more this summer!

    Let's see... I think my goal right now is technically 60lbs, but I really should lose like 80. maybe more.

    This sounds like an awesome idea! I would love to join in. I have been on MFP for a little while, but not being as faithful as I should be. I could really use some motivation from some ladies going through the same things I am. I need to lose at least 70 more lbs, so here goes!

    For my exercise I love to walk (but don't get to as much as I would like with 4 kids), we have an exercise bike, lots of Wii games and I have Jillian's 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown. I switch it up so I don't get bored. :tongue:

    I'm in too! I have just joined MFP and currently weigh about 200. I plan to get down to 133, so I need to lose 67lbs. I feel a bit overwhelmed by it all but sharing my thoughts with you all will be a great support.
