    A day behind but I finished day 1! I was going to do days 1 and 2 but I had just finished couch to 5K day 2 and my legs are shot!

    I did the insanity version of this and got sciatica :( I've recovered now and am fit but that was the worst experience of my life and so painful . had to use crutches for 2 months because I was paralyzed on one side

    Day 2 completed! However, I'm on day 3 of t25 & doing this challenge after completing t25 is killer haha

    I've been doing the insanity workout for two months now & the daily burn cardio sculpt workout. I also go the gym everyday, plus I ride bike. I go up & down 8 flights of stairs for 30 minutes everyday and so far so good.. I was 246 pounds, and I already lost 30 pounds.. I'm so happy to try this out too, so let's do this challenge together & stay motivated... "Dig Deeper" like Shawn T says & never give up cause in the long run it will be well worth it..
