I would like to learn how to keep my weight and still burn body fat

I've never been over weight but I struggle with body fat and my body is not tone at all. I need some guidedence!

I believe you're referring to a body recomposition. It's hard, but it's possible. I don't know the specifics about it, but I know there's some groups and some other sites that go into detail about it.
Personally I would just do weight training and cardio to burn fat and build some muscle to look more toned.

So you want to recomp. It's hard, and takes a long time. But it's possible. I'm doing one now, going into my third month running a heavy lifting program and eating at maintenance. Weight has stayed the same but my measurements are JUST starting to budge.
