Late breakfast.
Strawberry smoothie with milk, yogurt, oats and honey.
Ryvita fruit crunch with peanut butter and 1 banana.

Patatas bravas: crispy baked potato wedges with smoked paprika-tomato "brava" sauce and roasted garlic-honey-thyme aioli, and a fried egg...with wilted lemon spinach.
Grilled whole wheat sandwich of sharp white cheddar, cream cheese, raspberries, green pepper, chili flakes, with chive hummus and tomato-basil hummus, veggies, & apricot

Oatmeal cooked in a little water with vanilla, a pinch of salt and blueberries, then mixed with powdered milk and sweetener of choice to taste (I used Splenda), topped with a little cinnamon, and with a side of more fresh blueberries.

I kind of fell off the maintenance bandwagon this week. Sorry for the picture-heavy post!
I ate pizza:
Raw/vegan chocolate mousse cake and salted caramel slice:
A delicious mushroom veggie burger with a big ol' serve of fries:
And waffles with strawberries, cottage cheese and light whipped cream:
I started today off right with potentially my new favourite breakfast though. Oatmeal with 2 kinds of cheese and carrots. I was actually going to make a carrot cake style oatmeal with cinnamon, nutmeg etc but then I started thinking about cheese. Googled it and apparently there are other weirdos out there who like cheese in oatmeal.
I also made a batch of broccoli and mushroom egg muffins to be my breakfast throughout the week:
And had a healthy fast food salad for lunch at my local mall:
I also made potato and celeriac soup to be my lunch for the week but I don't have any photos of it yet

Yesterday's meal Roast Lamb, beans and potato all from the BBQ-oven Not too bad for a special at around 750 cals

Summer quinoa salad!!! Quinoa, smoked tofu, nectarine, spring onions, jalapeño pepper, and feta cheese with a honey garlic dressing.
Oats with dates, blueberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cottage cheese scramble.

Here are a few of my favorite breakfasts. Everything is gluten free and vegan and has atleast 20g of plant based protein. Two smoothie bowls and a stack of vega chocolate protein pancakes.0 -
