Don't worry, not eating the whole chicken:D
But damn it was far prettier before I sliced it limb from limb:
Nothing but salt, pepper, and olive oil.0 -
So no matter what I do I can't get good lighting in my kitchen at night.
But this is a Thai egg curry with cous-cous.

I actually ate a whole roast chicken for breakfast (/lunch) and another half for dinner the other day. Cheap protein on the road0 -

Not included in there which I forgot to log was red onions. As well, I added a bunch of sodium free garlic spice and then I normally add sriracha on every piece!0 -

Dinner last night was a giant steak seared quickly in a hot hot cast iron pan. When it was resting, let some sweet onions cook down, then added long strips of mushroom. Cooked all that until it was slack and soft, then added a glug of wine and some stock and let it reduce -- parsley and lemon juice -- lots of pepper -- done & delicious.0 -

This recipe is fantastic! I've done it in March (for a dinner with friends) and everyone was amazed. The mustardy sauce was terrific too!0
