    Yeahfatty - no I didn't eat back my exercise calories. I just made sure I didn't eat less than 1200 cals a day and would always have something to eat if I felt hungry or like I was low in energy on workout days :) remember to listen to your body and don't deprive it of what it needs :)

    Most quotably sensible line I've seen this week. It is a lifestyle choice ... that's the only way to have long lasting success. Its not something you can pick up and put down, unless you want to be restarting/redoing it over and over, and deal with the constant weight fluctuations and health risks.
