    Successes/struggles this week: I've been struggling with motivation lately (hence joining this challenge!) My brother is getting married next year, and I am the "fat bridesmaid" so my long term goal is to be down quite a bit by his wedding next year, but one step at a time for now! My goal this week is 30 minutes of exercise every single day!

    My baby is 11.5 mo old. He turns 1 on July 18th. I have been gaining and losing the same 7 lbs since last November when he was 4 mo old. I wasn't too worried about losing the baby weight immediately...it took 9 months to put on.
    Well..I feel like now that it's been more than 9 mo since his birth, then I have no excuse to still weigh what I do. (Plus I just don't FEEL like my healthy self at this weight. Normal for me is about 130)
    I will be following the July HIIT workout challenge on BodyRock and posting here for accountability.
