    Please feel free to friend me. I've just started my diet/exercise journey today so I have a long road ahead of me. I want to get down to 175 by Jan. 1st. Lofty goal but I've done this many times so I think it's possible. I'd be happy to make friends so we can motivate each other.

    June challenge: -6lbs (short lived- binged to celebrate the success and gained 2.4 lbs in 3 days :( )

Struggle - Finding it hard to make the greatest food choices. The hot weather is zapping my energy and enthusiasm for planning and preparing food.

    Successes/struggles this week: Just starting! Logged calories 3 days in a row, have been eating better, and haven't had a soda in 3 days. Have also been more physically active in general so far this week. Struggle was weighing myself today, for the first time in almost a year, and seeing how much I've gained.
