    Successes/struggles this week: Started the week on a good note - I've done 1 run already and added an extra walk in. I've cut my biscuit intake today (admittedly by replacing with other snacks, but baby steps), and I have slept much much better than I have in ages. In part I suspect to me reading before bed.     Successes/struggles this week: Just starting! Logged calories 3 days in a row, have been eating better, and haven't had a soda in 3 days. Have also been more physically active in general so far this week. Struggle was weighing myself today, for the first time in almost a year, and seeing how much I've gained.
