8 hours. 10PM to 6AM. Many days I awake at 5AM though, and just get up. I used to row at this time, but no more; I pop out of bed anyway.0

I usually get 8-10 hours. I love my bed0

I average about 7, but I really try to get 7 1/2-8. It makes a huge difference on my mood and energy levels.
I also tend to feel more like eating "just because" when I haven't gotten enough sleep. I can distinguish it from actual hunger because I can't pinpoint anything I really want to eat, just something sugary, and then I realize how tired I am.0
