Hi there, I am new to the group and excited to be here. My goal is to lose 60 to 75 lbs. I am just starting out but feel I am ready...this time. I have been doing cardio over the last few days and just need to track my food better. Excited to learn from all of you.

    Hi and welcome. Tomorrow will be week three for me. Logging in food has been a big eye opener and made a difference just in those three weeks. As long as you stay under your limit you will see results.

    Definitely buy a food scale for your kitchen. This will make all the difference and help you keep portions under control. I didn't think this was important until I spend $12 on one and it makes all the difference in the world. And welcome!
