30 day shred

Anyone else doing the 30 day shred workout?
I just started tonight. I am keeping my diet the same as now but doing the 30 ds workout 3 times / week and doing cardio or walking 3 days / week.
if anyone else is doing it or would like to start, add me as friend and we can keep eachother motivated!

    I'm currently on level 2, aiming to do it 5-6 times a week, and running/walking as well. I'm going to take a few days off (holidays!) but will be back in business next week :)

    I'm about a week behind, but would love to join you all. I tried starting a couple days ago, but it didn't go so well :(
    I tried again today and got through it all! I've tried doing it before and gotten through to level 2, but I just end up losing motivation and stop even though I can see major results with toning. I'm pumping myself up to do the whole thing this time!!

    Hey, there! I am on Day 1, Level 1. I completed my first workout this morning and took some before pics! I am also attempting to eat clean throughout the next 30 days. I'm excited to see my results!!!!! I'm starting out right at 5'5 1/2 and 200 lbs (the largest I've ever been! It's been a breaking point for me!).
