i have been logging my calories and food for a couple of weeks on another application and my regular eating has been about 12-1400 calories
Both that app and this app and the guy at the gym told me with eating under 1500 calories alone I would lose 1lbs a week
I eat 3 meals and two snacks each about 300
Not always 2 snacks
I eat small meals and drink plenty of water 4-6 bottles of 16.9 oz
I have had all my hormones checked server all times and have been told they are fine.
What is wrong with me?

I'm usually 20% protein no matter what I do
    And 40-55 % carbs
And I don't eat bread and very little rice
    And 20-40% fat
But healthy fat like avacados and olive oil

What is your height, weight, and activity level? How are you logging your food? Are you using a food scale? Are you new to exercise?

Weigh your food with a scale. Measuring cups are not accurate. Please post your stats so we can give you advice.

My guess is you're eating more than you think you are because you're not weighing your food. But a scale. Weigh your food. Accurately log everything you put in your mouth. I suggest using the MFP ap, because after a couple weeks if you're still not losing you can post again and we can look at what you're eating and give you targeted advice.

    I am using a scale
Or the bar code and serving size on what ever the item
Not much of an activity level
I serval rap throughout the day of 20-40 squats
    And 20 dips and 20 push-ups
And I have been using the thigh master for 5-10 min serval times a day

60 lbs overweight and average 12-1400 calories per day? Is that net or gross calories consumed?

Honestly, it doesn't add up. I am sure you're telling us the truth, I'm just letting you know that it doesn't add up.

How tall are you? are you "eating back" your exercise calories? I repeat my suggestion to start using MFP and log every day as honestly as possible using the scale to weigh everything. And then come back in a couple weeks with the data. We want you to be successful, honest.

You seem to be going over your recommended calories for fat and not meeting your calories from carbohydrates. One of the reasons that low carbohydrate diets do not work is that you compensate by eating more fat. For every gram of carbohyrate you consume 4kcal, for every gram of fat you consume 7kcal. So fat is more "fattening" than carbohydrates. Plus if its saturated fats that you are eating this can contribute to disease. Are you exercising?

If she were truly in a deficit, this would not matter. I strive for the same amount of fat grams she eats.

it does not matter what you eat
eat less than you burn = losing weight
eat equal what you burn = maintaining
eat more than you burn = gaining

There is probably wrong with logging ...maybe....

These are not from when I was juicing
    I have the MFP
and have been logging all my food and weighing it. I only started with this app a couple of days ago
I had juices first mostly veggies and few fruit
I followed the green smoothie book recipes
    All juices were mostly veggies
And after 3 months I went to the doctor
And took the weigh lose drug for 3 months and eating normal and moderate meals
    Then I started logging food

So you've been logging for 3 days....Give it a week or two. Make sure you use that food scale for just about everything.

You are eating more than you think. Plain and simple. I know it's not easy to hear, but i'd work on tightening up my logging, giving it a few weeks, and then re-assessing. You are eating more calories than you are logging, so take a look at things you might be forgetting to log like fruits/veggies/condiments/drinks/etc.

Fat is actually 9 calories per gram, and many people on here who eat low carb, thereby increasing their fat/protein intake, have had success. It still comes down to CICO.

OP, can you open your diary?

Okay I don't have to look past your first entry for today. Two large eggs...should be at least 100 grams and 140 calories. You need to weigh your food and use proper entries.

    The eggs are egg whites
    Not while eggs
