Personally, my fat is so soft all over. Just jiggle & jiggle lol.
My doc said that jelly fat is easier to lose than solid fat but is there any truth to that?
Will the *skin of a person with jelly fat draw tight after weight lost like the skin of someone with firm skin and solid fat?

    Eh? Fat is fat is fat. It seems your friends and doctors are trying to make this weight loss thing way more complicated than it is.

    wut in the wut????

    fat = fat ..

    it comes off when you are in a calorie deficit.

    If your doctor really said that, then you need to find a new one, ASAP.

    and I am sorry but what does this commend even mean?? "Will the soft of a person with jelly fat draw tight after weight lost like the skin of someone with firm skin and solid fat?"

    Fat is fat. That's all there is.

    If your doc said that, he must have graduated at the very bottom of his class because bruh... that's just... complete and utter b___ s___.

    Let me guess...the same doctor that told you B12 injections in your rear will help you lose weight?

    Maybe there was a miscommunication. If soft fat is less dense, I suppose losing one pound might look like more than 1 pound of denser or firmer fat.

    OP meant "skin" not soft. I don't think skin recovery has anything to do with the fat that was underneath.

    I understand what your Doctor is saying....sometimes people (men especially) have very firm fat compared to jiggly fat (like mine)..I think a lot of men have this problem around their mid section....I have noticed once I begin to lose weight it seems I get smaller but my fat is squishier...if that makes sense...but I have a lot to lose so it's awhile before I can see the muscle tone.....once I do I begin to feel firm again.
