my afternoon snack is usually 1 ounce of almonds and a nectarine or other fruit...my evening snack is usually some greek yogurt...I also spit sunflower seeds as a reformed smoker.0

When I get peckish in the afternoon at work I chug a bunch of water and then have some nuts or some fruit.0

Thanks I haven't acquired a taste for cottage cheese as yet I'm a really picky eater I just started eating salad ( and by that I mean lettuce) a few years ago lol0
