I am checking in at 196.0 this week lost 2 pounds ! Total of 40 so far for me for weight loss ! I have 3 more pounds to loose for this challenge and hope to have a pretty good week this week !0 -

Wow ladies, you are blowing me away! Been holding steady the past week, so at least I'm not going up and down with the water weight anymore. Just hope I see the number dip below 159 before Memorial Day.0

Hi everyone! I am not doing so well weight-loss wise. I started this challenge at 134. My Memorial Day goal is 130. I weighed-in last week at 131.5. I was super excited!!! Today I weighed-in and was back up to 134. What????? I didn't have my best week, but it wasn't terrible. My calories on some days were under goal, but on a few days they were over (but still below my maintenance calorie level). I exercised 6 of 7 days. I'm so bummed.....
I'm gonna re-check in a few days. Maybe its water weight?? We did go out to eat last night and I did have one beer. Maybe I can still reach my goal.
I am so motivated by actual weight loss.....seeing those numbers move....maybe this week will be better.0 -
V- maybe its sodium! usually restaurant food has a high amount of sodium. I would check again in a few days. Keep drinking plenty of water to help flush your system.0

I think that most of my previous loss was just because I was sick. I'm back up. But I still think I can make my goal! Everyone is doing great! Its definately easier to stay involved in a shorter challenge!

Everyone is doing an awesome ob at this challenge. I miss not being a part of it. I am having some knee treatment done soon and then I want to get in on the next challenge.

Good morning Vixens! Just wanted to see how everyone was doing during the final days of the challenge. I hope that by Monday I can weigh in at 167! I had a few slip ups, but they are manageable. I didnt spiral out of control like I have in the past. Thanks for helping me stay on target. Just wondering, what's the next challenge? I love this challenge because it helps me reach my short term goals, which will ultimately get me to my long term goal!

well, lost weight these past few days, I am at 226.5, not exactly were I want to be but it will do for now. Hopefully I can lose 1 more pound before Monday, that way I will make my goal. Planning on eating really well and exercising for the next couple of days.0

Welll....I have had some ups and downs during this challenge, but I think I made it through. Goal weight was 130....today I was 129.5. Woohoo!!! Just in time This is very exciting for me --- as the last time I was this weight, I was going through chemo. Glad to know that THIS time I am healthier and at this weight for healthy reasons (not drugs, nausea, and lack of food for weeks at a time).0
