How exciting. Never been part of a challenge and would love the additional motivation. I'm running a half marathon on June 5th so that will be perfect timing!!
I don't understand the part of the formula for Previous Team since I'm new to this but figure it will all become clear to me when we start.

I would like to join too. More encouragement to get up and get moving would be great. A couple of questions:
1) How do people normally convert a pedometer step count to mileage? Alternately, what are people going to track the number of miles with?
2) Cut off time for the log in days with a time zone listed so that we know.

For example...if I was on Team One and I ran 5 miles (My Miles Total) + 25 (Team One's accrued total so far) = 30 (Team One's total including my daily miles)
