When I miss a week?

The last week has been brutal on my exercise goals that I started in June. The last 3 days, I did not work out at all. Now, I am not sure where to start. Do I pick up where I left off?

It's generally recommended to do a cutback week every now and then, anyway! It gives your body a chance to consolidate the fitness gains you've made, recover a little, and be ready to make even more. If you're nervous, you could try one easier day; otherwise, jump back in!0

yes pick right back up, you'll be even stronger and better. I take a week of several times a year just to let my body have a super recovery period, its awesome and feels great.0
