I like running but I suck at it... I used to love horseback riding but haven't done that in years.

Cycling! Followed by running. Hoping to add in swimming soon. And then....training for a triathlon

Trail running. It's everything I love about hiking, but moving too fast for the mosquitoes to get me.

Running but am injured atm so started cycling which I'm beginning to enjoy (but not as much as running). I also kayak and paddle board (both badly, but enjoy it).

Circuit training (P90x at home, also like Jillian), running away from zombies as fast as I can.

Cycling, I can't run to save my life.
I should try some strength training.

I enjoy bodyweight exercises with weights for example walking lunges with a knee lift or renegade rows with a push up. Also without weights like pull-ups, burpees, single leg tricep dips or spiderman planks etc. I can do these exercises anywhere without any equipment and they are very effective.

Also brisk walking intervals. I go fast and get my heart rate up but it doesn't wear me out or make me hungry and it is easy on my joints. I go about 4 - 5 miles a day and it keeps me in great shape!

Cycling is number one! But I think it's only my favourite because I've done it the longest so I'm really comfortable with it. Sometimes I enjoy running more than cycling these days....but then again on other days what I really enjoy is a long walk in the countryside.

Whatever I'm doing, it has to feature some hills. I think really what I enjoy is the challenge that a good hill presents, and beating my own personal best/new target to get to the top.

Running. I would like to get out trail running sometime this summer - I think that would be my new favorite if I ever could get myself to drive to the trails.
