Lifting things, boxing (though I don't go nearly enough). Recently really loving the TRX.0

Cycling. Especially long distance cycling.
And then walking/hiking.
And then it is a toss up between canoeing and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Although running is by far the best thing I do for my body....its not my favorite thing to do. I feel so strong after leg presses, deadlifts and pushups. I lift for all muscle groups but those are those are the ones that make me feel like a badass afterwards.0
